Service Delivery Policy
Russian Explained provides online Russian language lessons for adults.
All lessons are delivered online via Zoom, Google Meet, or another agreed video call platform. No physical products are shipped.
After payment is completed, the student will receive instructions by email or message to schedule the lesson. The student may also receive a booking link to choose an available time.
Lesson times are arranged according to the teacher’s availability and the student’s selected time zone.
If a student purchases a lesson package, the lessons can be scheduled one by one. Unused lessons remain available according to the cancellation and refund policy.
