Refund Policy

Russian Explained offers online Russian language lessons.

Single lessons and lesson packages are paid in advance.

If you need to reschedule a lesson, please contact us at least 24 hours before the lesson time.

Lessons cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be considered completed and may not be refunded.

If Russian Explained cancels a lesson, the student may choose to reschedule the lesson or receive a refund for that lesson.

Unused lessons from a package may be refunded only if no more than 14 days have passed since the purchase and the lessons have not been used.

Refunds are processed through the original payment method when possible.

Payment processing fees may be non-refundable depending on the payment provider.
